I had the pleasure to meet Lisa who went above and beyond to ensure I received the utmost service. I purchased more jewelry pieces there as well since then. Even though there is a Zales store much closer to my home, I will continue to go the drive to Kennesaw where I know I am always well received. I'm extremely impatient, but when special-ordered or repair items may take an inordinate amount of time to complete, I know it is beyond the control of store associates. I appreciate the follow-through and customer service.
