  Went in to get a flu shot this morning. It's not their busy hour, but it took 2 hours. I first sat there and waited 45 minutes, then felt really cold so I walked around the store. I had to talk to the people at pharmacy to tell them I'll be back when they're done. The lady at the QuickCare place was inattentive and barely acknowledged me. Then it came my visit, after an hour wait. There was a systematic issue and it took them about an hour to figure it out. I understand they don't want to call managers for simple things but I was waiting there for 90 minutes and still had not gotten my shot. I was not shown my time was valued. Hello, I am paying you $40 for a flu shot. The processing of credit card part took 50 minutes. The only good thing is my card was charged only once (it was swiped many times), or it should be. The two ladies that handled the business barely commiserated during my visit. I know it's not their fault but couldn't they apologize for the slow system or something? Very poor customer care, in my opinion. This was my first visit and dare I say I am not going back to that Walgreen's again.
