They will help you navigate the store. I had no less than 3 people ask me if they could help me find something. They will help direct you to someone who will give you a mini class if you will on what type of wine you are looking for based on your tastes. They sometimes get a bad rap because of policies that have noting to do with them and more to do with the laws the state govern.
