I had an associate from Sprint telling me one thing and her telling me another. I will be glad when I never have to deal with Sprint again. If you are returning a device then have your account number and balance paid in full even it's not due yet according to the store manager and the person on the phone said it shouldn't matter, you should be able to turn the phone in balance or not. Same company, no uniform process.
