  Staff have always been very helpful!!! Our nonprofit organization has been customer for last five years at this site. Cliff the manager always taken good care of our printing needs in a timely manner when we have been under a tight deadline!

  This review is for the copy and print center only. To make my review short and sweet. If they say the binder hole punch machine is broken, 97% of the time it's employee error, in not knowing how to operate said machine. But don't worry, there is one gentleman there that knows how to work the punch and he has came through a few times for me. You just have to find him and ask him nicely :) The 3 stars is for the fact that an employee lied to me and said the punch is not working but after getting the right person for the job, like a miracle the machine worked and I have a nicely bound booklet... thus far this scenario has played out 3 times.. So to some it up go to a FedEx location down the street and save yourself some stress.
