The store manager, William Couch was so helpful and so genuinely kind. He took the time to explain about the different mattresses, listen to our wants/needs, and he even gave our son paper and crayons to play with. I was walking into the store expecting to be "sold" by your typical salesman and he went above and beyond to help us and to listen. Definitely recommend going to see him at this store!
