  I had a pair of shoes that I wanted to exchange for my 16 year old she had worn them only once and the heel material was already peeling. I approached a woman in the shoe dept. and she rightaway said we don't exchange or take back shoes that have ever been worn. I have been a Macy's charge customer for about 20 years I've very rarely returned things so I knew this was not their policy but working in retail too many years I knew not to get upset. I don't abuse return policies but these were $100 shoes granted with the coupon or marked down 63 dollars. She said she would get someone else and thank you for Anthony he showed true customer service understood my situation and was nice to exchange the shoes and I'm sure there was no major loss especially since I will remain a loyal Macy's customer. That's because of you Anthony. There is still hope in the customer service world.

  I'm dressed scruffy. The Macy's workers pretentiously look me up and down and don't appear to want to assist me. That is until I ask them for $500 worth of Chanel. Now I have three of them selecting boxes, and wrapping them nicely. Towne Center and North Point Macy's are exactly the same in this regard... I need to plan better so I can eliminate Macy's from my options...
