  Drove over an hour to check out their product and prices. Arrived at 5 pm, one hour before store was scheduled to close, and was greeted at door by salesmen escorting two ladies out and telling us they were closing to do inventory. There was another couple heading to come in when we were and we all commented on the store hours. My husband then said we drove an hour to get here. Bottom line....they were closing and didn't care that they were losing 3 potential sales. The ladies leaving were frustrated and didn't plan to return. And we and the other couple, needless to say, will never be back. I doubt the company would have cared if they started inventory an hour later at true closing time. Bad plan for a company that wants to attract business based on bargains. Customer service always comes first!! No good service will affect sales no matter how cheap your prices may be.....
