  Prices are great. But the manager was extremely rude. We spend about two hours trying to decide what floor we wanted and no one offered to assist us. About an hour after we asked the store manager Mark K for assistance to see if anyone could help my husband load the tile since we needed 20 boxes of porcelain tile for our kitchen remodel. He stated to my husband there was nobody who could assist us in loading it on to the cart. We walked away and started loading it ourselves. We then saw there was a young man named Jay G who was assisting someone else and loading it for him (we didn’t need him to load it we wanted help us load it) he came, he was GREAT he was very knowledgeable and polite. He advised us on what material we needed as far as the grout and the spacers to complete our project. He also helped us lost it onto our vehicle. As we walked out we saw Mark K assisting another couple. Maybe it was the fact that we were Hispanic and the other customers were not. Working in the customer service field, he needs to learn to assist as the manager. He makes bonuses from the sales, he SHOULD SET THE EXAMPLE AND OFFER OR ASSIST.
